Shipping
We offer a flat shipping rate of USD$15 on all orders.
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns
USA & AUSTRALIA
- We offer free returns shipping.
REST OF WORLD
- We offer easy returns shipping for a subsidised fee of USD $15.
- The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We accept returns in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return your order for a full refund and place a separate order if you wish to exchange.
All returned items must be returned in completely original condition - unworn other than to try on, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original packaging attached including tags. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements. Each returned item is inspected by our team. We will deny any refunds if the item returned doesn't meet our policy, or we believe to be disingenuous.
Email us at customercare@cleverlytextiles.com, don't forget to include your full name and order number and reason for return. We will email you a return shipping label and shipping instructions. Creating your return label will require a printer. Package your return in a soft shipping satchel. Attach your return label to your return package.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We'll notify you when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.
